More Information About Zrii

Zrii is a health and wellness company founded by Bill Farley in 2007. Farley is the current company CEO and he is quite a remarkable and big personality.

He is an athlete, entrepreneur, leader and a philanthropist. Zrii’s products are endorsed by the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, a company that is co-founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra, a Hindu doctor and a specialist in Ayurvedic medicine.

 The cofounders of Chopra Center were the people who introduced Amalaki (also referred to as Indian Gooseberry) and Ayurveda to Zrii’s founder. Amalaki became the base of most of Zrii’s products. 

Zrii has its scientific council composed of a nutrition specialist, a doctor and an Ayurvedic doctor.

The company is headquartered in Utah, USA and has international presence in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hongkong and throughout Central and South America.

Zrii is listed in Better Business Bureau with A+ rating and with zero complaints. It has a charitable arm as well. 

The company had filed lawsuits in 2009 against its former executives and employees arising from alleged plotting schemes and actions to take over the company.

A settlement was made in the same year as well.

The  Zrii Products

As mentioned above, Zrii’s products are endorsed by Chopra Center (https://chopra.com/), a wellness center that integrates western medicine and Ayurveda, an alternative healing system founded in India thousand years ago.

Regular consumption of the fruit called Amalaki is encouraged in the wellness programs of Chopra Center. The health benefits of this fruit were introduced to Zrii’s owner and became a proprietary component of its products.

 In addition to Amalaki ingredients, other rejuvenating and detoxifying components coming from different kinds of herbs are part of Zrii’s products.

The products of Zrii are categorized into skincare and wellness products. Here are its products and available prices.

How To Join Zrii

When joining Zrii, one needs to purchase one of the 3 enrollment packs, the basic executive pack, executive Z pack (EZP) with cost at around $500 or premier Z pack (PZP) with cost at around $1000.

Executive and premier packs come with a free subscription period to Zrii’s back office, annual membership fee, access to bonuses and the likes.

As an Independent Executive (IE) of Zrii, purchase of Zrii’s products will unlock more bonuses to the IE.

Within a year of joining Zrii, one can unlock EZP or PZP status upon accumulation of 500 and 1000 PQV respectively. 

Zrii’s annual membership fee is at $29.95.

The  Zrii Compensation Plan

Zrii’s compensation plan is divided into 3 parts - immediate, residual and leadership.

Here are some highlights of Zrii’s compensation plan:

  1. Retail commission bonus or what is termed Customer Bonus by Zrii is at 20%.

  2. Uplines are rewarded with 10% customer-performance bonus.

  3. EZ orders are paid with 10% loyalty bonus.

  4. There is a rank system and is categorized as Z-50 (50QV) and Z-100 (100QV)

  5. First order bonus is at 15-30% depending on one’s rank status.

  6. Advances in ranks are rewarded with bonuses and helping one’s downline advance in ranks are also rewarded.

  7. There is also a lifestyle bonus system.

  8. Building a team is rewarded with team commissions and matching bonuses.

  9. There are global leadership pools and achievement bonuses for leaders as well.

The Zrii Income Disclosure

I was able to get a hold of Zrii’s income disclosure statement from this link. It shows the IE’s average income by rank from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016. 

From this income statement about its IEs’ income, I found the following points relevant,

  1. Only less than 1% of IEs were earning annually at the level or above the US median household income or above $50000 annually.

  2. Based on annualized average income of IEs, 6.42% of IEs were earning a decent extra income above $10000 annually.

  3. Looking at the top 10% monthly average income by rank, IEs at the level of 2-star were able to get a decent extra income.  

  4. Still looking at the top 10% monthly average income by rank, IEs at the level of 6-star were able to get income at the level above US median household income or above $50000 annually. 

  5. Looking at the top and bottom 10% monthly figures, it can be deduced from the income table that 7 star rank or up is a safe rank to be able to get a decent extra income. Unfortunately, this accounts to less than 1% of IEs.

  6. Still looking at the top and bottom 10% monthly figures, at least a 9-star rank can get one to earn a decent income above US average household income and only 0.13% of IEs were able to reach this level in 2016.

    Based on this observation, getting a decent extra income can be quite a challenge with Zrii more so getting a full-time income. These figures from Zrii just confirm the fact that multi-level marketing (MLM) system only works favorably for the very few. The odds of succeeding in terms of earning an income is surely an unwise and sure loss bet looking at these figures. 

 Pros Of The Zrii Opportunity

  • Zrii has a stable financial background and leadership.
  •  The owner is a known personality with a background and story that is open to the public.
  • It is rated A in Better Business Bureau and has wide international presence.
  • The products are unique with components that have been endorsed by experts.

Cons Of The Zrii Opportunity

  • The company has relatively few products and Startup cost is at the higher spectrum in comparison with other MLM companies.
  • Recruitment is inevitable to be able to succeed.
  • Zrii’s income disclosure statement shows all the signs that likelihood to succeed in financial terms is very low.
  • The retail profit rate is relatively low.


Zrii is one of those MLM companies with a stable financial and leadership background.

It is founded and owned by a known personality with the backing of experts. It is rated A in BBB with zero complaints for some reasons surely.

The company has expanded to international markets as well. It gives back to the community with its charitable works.

Also, I must say that the products are unique although they are few in variants. They have components with convincing health and wellness benefits as backed by testimonies from experts. 

However, like most promising MLM companies, I am not convinced of the workings of Zrii’s compensation plan and how it converts to income for its IEs.

There’s nothing outstanding about Zrii’s business opportunity offerings. Also, the company’s income disclosure statement says it all. More than 90% of IEs are struggling in terms of their income earnings.

Based on this income statement, it is unfortunate to see the great divide of income across ranks and even within ranks amongst Zrii’s IEs. With the odds high on failing to succeed financially through this opportunity, it is best to revisit your capabilities and your goals before jumping on it.

Surely, only people who started at an advantage and who are able to place a position on top of the organization at the earliest opportunity are able to benefit financially in this set-up.

For newcomers, it will never be an easy climb going to the top.
