The company was founded in 2014 and claims to be debt-free. It is offering an opportunity for people to start a business with the company for zero startup cost. 

It is listed in Better Business Bureau (BBB)  with A+ rating. It is also listed on Business for Home website.

The Compensation Plan

Sass N Frass pays its representatives a 25% commission on their sales. Representatives can sell online or face to face with customers.

The company does not limit where you can sell the products. You can get your sales commission at a minimum withdrawal amount of $5. 

For team commissions, representatives are paid a 5% commission on the sales of their first downlines and a 3% commission on the sale of their second-tiered downlines. 

To qualify for a downline commission, you need to have downline representatives that can make a minimum of $10 sales in total every month.

Given all the information that we gathered about Sass N Frass, we can say that this company is not a scam.

It is based in the USA, with the company CEO actively marketing about the products and the business opportunity that it offers. 

It is rated A+ on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website which is the best rating that the company can get.

Although the company website is lacking in style, the company makes up for it by offering numerous products under different categories. Surely, there are products to be sold for representatives and for customers to buy.

The company offers an opportunity for ordinary people to build a business by selling the company products and recruiting people to join the company. 

However, it is clear that Sass N Frass is an MLM company and for representatives to earn, they need to sell the company products and recruit people to become their downline to whom they can earn commission later on when their team members make some sales.

The problem however is that network marketing like what Sass N Frass offers tends to saturate the market that will eventually lead to most representatives losing leads. This can pose problems to representatives in achieving their sales target which can also affect their earnings. 

In addition to this, Sass N Frass has no income disclosure statement so there is no guarantee on your earnings when you become a representative.

We know that MLM companies on which Sass N Frass belongs have disturbing numbers with regard to how members fare with their income earnings. 

So, without such proof that you have good chances to earn an income from this business opportunity, be aware of what such an opportunity lacks and if you have a workaround for it to succeed should you decide to be a part of it.
