I can’t seem to find a full text of Grace & Heart compensation plan. It can be downloaded right after you click join in the Grace & Heart corporate website but it seems to be not working on my end.

The details provided here about Grace & Heart compensation plan is based on video posted on the company’s official Facebook page.

Can You Make Money With Grace And Heart?

Grace & Heart has no income income disclosure statement posted on its website or anywhere on the internet. So, we cannot really say how much a Braveheart can possibly earn.

But, it is clear that for you to earn in Grace & Heart, you need to sell the products and build your team of distributors.

This makes Grace & Heart a multi-level marketing (MLM) business. Being an MLM company with no income disclosure statement, it is but logical to think that MLM members income findings by industry standard applies to Grace & Heart.

This is the problem because when you look at the current industry standard in MLM companies, income earnings of members are discouraging. You will see a success rate of 1-10% with companies having success rate from 5-10% a rare occurrence.

MLM companies offering similar opportunities have median income falling to zero which means that 50% of the members are earning nothing from the opportunity.

In my several years of reviewing MLM companies, I have not seen a company with annual average income for its distributors falling above $5000.

In the perspective of business prospects, these prevailing truths are discouraging unless you have what it takes to be part of the upper 1-10% of the organization.

Sadly, for Grace & Heart it does not have an income disclosure statement to disprove these general claims on MLM business opportunities where it’s business is patterned from.

The Pros Of Grace&Heart Opportunity

  • Grace And Heart is legally established with the owner/founder who is actively promoting the business.
  • The products are beautiful and have various designs for all occasions.
  • The products are retail viable.
  • The company is listed in Better Business Bureau with A+ rating.
  • Starting a business with Grace & Heart requires minimal cost.

The Cons Of The Grace&Heart Opportunity

  • Grace And Heart is relatively new.
  • There’s limited information available about the compensation plan especially the part about team commissions.
  • Recruitment is rewarded as much as your retail sales.
  • Most of the rewards based on available information about the company’s compensation plan are in the form of free jewelries and not direct cash rewards.

Conclusion

Grace & Heart is a legit company offering uniquely designed and artisan-crafted jewelries for jewelry-lovers out there.

The company owner is actively promoting the products in social media. Grace & Heart products are beautifully crafted and are available in various designs that are mostly designed with sterling silver, brass, some semi-precious stones and pearls.

There is no doubt that the products are retail viable. The company is rated A+ in Better Business Bureau and it requires a little amount of money investment to start.

However, Grace & Heart is lacking in some aspects of its business. It is a relatively new company with just 6 years of operation.

The detailed information about its compensation plan is not readily available on its corporate website and it has no income disclosure statement to show. I also noticed that although the company offers money commissions, most rewards are in the form of free jewelries.

By offering rewards of free jewelries, in a way the company is making sure that its inventory will move. As for the members, this form of reward is not instant.

Should You Get Involved  With Grace And Heart?

So, should you get involved in Grace & Heart? I must say that it’s a matter of personal preference but if you plan to join it for its business opportunity offering, I suggest that you take a few steps back first and reflect on what I will say next.

As an MLM company, Grace & Heart has not enough proof to back the profitability of its business opportunity offering because it fails to show its income disclosure statement.

Even a detailed compensation plan is absent in the company’s corporate website. As to how members are rewarded in creating their team, I cannot find detailed information on this.

If you are at this for retail profit, I must say the owner is clear about paying 25-33% retail profit on everything you sell. So, it’s a good thing. But, I would want to go back again to the absence of an income disclosure statement.

Without this, there is nothing to validly prove or disprove the success rate figures when joining this business as I already mentioned MLM prevailing success rate is too risky to get involved in with probability of success that is close if not lower than when you are doing gamble leisurely.

Here Is What I Recommend To Make Money

I am not a fan of MLM, not because it is not legit, but through my own experience of being a sales representative (the school of hard knocks).

I was restricted in the products I  could sell, I had to recruit to climb the ranks, and I had to invest quite a bit of money. No, thank you!

Instead, my recommended business model is Affiliate Marketing.

These are the simple reasons, why:

  • Promote any product you want
  • You don't have to recruit anyone (no more annoying friends and family)
  • Make passive income from anywhere in the world 24/7
  • It is free to get started.

I was able to build an online business with affiliate marketing that is now making a 4-figure monthly income stream.

Thanks to my own hard work and without selling anything or recruiting anyone, I can now lead the lifestyle I want.
