There are several ways to earn income from Bellame’s compensation plan. Here are some of its highlights.

Bellame Ranks

Bellame’s distributors are called partners. Here’s how you will grow your rank in Bellame,

• Presidential Director

To remain active as a partner, there’s no personal sales volume requirement nor sponsorship. But, to be able to achieve higher ranks, you need to sponsor at least 1 partner and generate at least 500 team sales volume or total personal generation sales (PGS).

Retail Commission and Sales Mentor Bonus

As a Bellame partner, you can earn 20% to 25% of retail profit and 5-15% mentor bonus every time you sell the products to your customers. Mentor bonus can only be earned by director rank and up. As you increase your sales volume, you can also earn 5-10% elite sales bonus so long as your sales volume qualifies. 

Business Building Bonus

To be able to earn the building business bonus, you must have at least 100 PSV for the month. This bonus is computed 4% on the sales from those partners you sponsor.

Personal Generation Bonus

Personal generation bonus is 2% to 6% on the commissionable volume of all the partners in your team. This is paid up to 3rd generation  depending on your rank. 

Rank advancement will also earn you a bonus as well as mentoring your team members to advance in ranks and growing your rank similar or higher than your personally enrolled sponsors.

 There are other bonuses as well such as the enroller pool, leadership pool and lifestyle bonuses. 

Can You Make Money With Bellame?

For a very low startup cost with no qualifications in earning retail profit of 25%, a Bellame partner who knows how to sell the company’s products can surely earn a retail profit.

 Bellame is a relatively new company that has been operating for 3 years now. At this point, Bellame does not have an income disclosure statement to show how its partners are doing in terms of their income earnings.

Similar companies are Crunchi, Beautycounter, Kalaia or Pamper Boutique, just to name a few.

 However, some new MLM companies were able to provide this after their first full year of operations.

But, since Bellame does not have one, we only need to look at Bellame’s compensation plan to see that for you to earn, you need to sell and build your team and make your team members sell and recruit as well. 

The problem with the MLM business model is that you need to be a part of the upper 1-10% of the organization to ensure your full-time income earnings.

In most cases, average income and median income or the earnings of 50% of MLM members fall on the amount on which one will not wish to earn after exerting much valuable time and effort.

 In fact, I have seen  a lot of MLM companies with income disclosure statements showing zero median income for their members.

 An income disclosure statement is one way to negate such general findings about MLM companies. As for the case of Bellame, it has none.

Oftentimes, the lack of income disclosures statement is a red flag when assessing a company's business opportunity.

However, you can always ask the person who recruited you about his/her earnings.

 You could also ask for receipts of their sales and purchases so you will have some idea on how much you can possibly earn if you join the business.

The Pros Of Bellame

• The company is a legit company with founders who are well-experienced and have strong background in handling a similar kind of business.
• The company is rated A in Better Business Bureau.
• The products are innovative and are retail-viable.
• Joining requires minimal cost.

The Cons Of The Bellame Opportunity

• The company is relatively new.
• The products niche has a strong competition from companies that have been in operation for long years.
• You need to recruit to advance in ranks and maximize your income earnings.
• The company does not have an income disclosure statement.

Wrapping It Up

To be frank, I must say Bellame is just another skincare MLM company. The company is a legally-established company with owners who are well-versed in the ins and outs of this kind of business.

 In just 3 years of operation, it got an A rating from Better Business Bureau and created a rich line of skincare products on its portfolio. Joining Bellame’s business requires minimal cost for partners that makes joining easy.

 So, why did I say that it is just another skincare MLM company?

At this point, Bellame is fairly new. It does not have an income disclosure statement while operating through an MLM business model.

 In an MLM business model, it is always a 2-way process to earn, selling and recruiting. But for you to advance in ranks and get more commissions and bonuses, recruitment is a must.

 In an MLM company with no income disclosure statement just like with Bellame, there is nothing that can discount the discouraging findings about MLM companies especially in terms of how the members are faring with their income earnings.

 So long as Bellame cannot disprove that the discouraging findings about MLMs does not apply to its business, then for me it will always be just another MLM company.
