• Personal Commission

This is equivalent to the retail commission. Lemongrass Spa consultants get 25% in personal commission.

• Personal Sales Volume Bonus

When your sales as a consultant reach $1500 or more in a month, you will get an additional 5% bonus and 10% personal sales volume bonus when your sales volume reaches $3000 in a month.

• Sponsoring Bonus

This is a bonus paid to those senior consultants or higher from the personal volume of their personally sponsored consultants. This is 4% of their personally sponsored consultants’ PV.

• Team Bonus

Team in the context of Lemongrass Spa’s compensation plan comprises of Director and all downline excluding other Directors and other ranks. Qualified Directors get 4% of their team volume.

• Generation Overrides

A generation is built of  Director or higher ranks and their downline. Qualified senior directors get 1% to 5% of their generation’s volume up to level 4 depending on their ranks.

There are other bonuses and rewards such as Director bonus, jump start bonus, top sales and performers bonus as well as rewards for sales and performance consistency bonuses.

In brief, Lemongrass makes no promise regarding the income earnings of its members and further states that those will depend on one’s skills and effort.

So, if you are looking at your chance of success in getting an income from this business opportunity, Lemongrass Spa does not want to make any guarantees.

The success rate of getting a full-time income to a lucrative income is only 1% in MLM opportunities and in some cases, more than 50% of the members are not earning a significant income at all.
